Roy Wells joined Softworld in the beginning of 2016. Prior to joining Softworld, Roy had 10 years’ experience primarily working within Engineering companies providing national staffing services across the country. He is currently the Recruiting Manager for a team of 5 recruiters within the Engineering Sector of Softworld.
The Engineering team focuses on staffing various engineering needs across the country including, but not limited to: Embedded, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil. The industries these positions cover include both commercial and defense within the federal government.
